Lakefront Retreat on Lake Greenwood

1500 square foot lake level that sleeps up to eight with 3 large ceiling-fan equipped 14x12 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, kitchen, living room, WIFI and a private entrance. A dedicated HVAC system with accessible controls help to keep you comfortable. Late check in is not a problem. We clean and disinfect the space after all guest stays. The space We live in a quiet neighborhood with clean water excellent for swimming and fishing. The lake level has a full kitchen, including a coffeemaker but you may wish to bring your own favorite pans or utensils as we only provide a minimal set. Local boat ramps are a few minutes away. There is WIFI Internet, a flat screen TV with DVD player available but no cable or satellite. Guest access You have access to 1500 sqft of the 2400 sqft lake level of our home. The utility rooms where the furnaces are located are locked, as are two other rooms where there is no guest access. The space between the floor is insulated so there is not much noise transfer between the floors.
