The combination of the house's unique 10 foot setback from the lake and the panoramic windows in the living room, with picture perfect views of Rogers Rock, give the feeling of floating on top the of the lake without yet stepping outside. Four kayaks and life vests allow you to explore Heart Bay, Rogers Rock, and beyond. Over twenty feet of shallow, sandy swimming along the private dock is perfect for kids before it deepens for more advanced swimmers. We love this quiet northern end of Lake George and have put care and affection into this home so you'll fall in love with it, too. *Please note ours is a seasonal dock that cannot take the impact of a motor boat tied to it overnight.
