This villa represents the perfect choice for your holidays as it enjoys a breathtaking seaview from every corner of the house. In fact, outside the property has a spacious veranda with comfortable built-in sofas shaded by tall leafy trees which allow one to enjoy the coolness of summer days. From here it is also possible to access the solarium terrace through a spiral staircase , the perfect place for a an aperitif with friends and to enjoy the sensational shades of the sunset. The large open spaces of the house also include a large patio located at the back and furnished with a built-in corner kitchen with a comfortable annexed peninsula. Everithing is finished with precious wood and quality marble, whose dark and full colours represent the only detachment from the immaculate whiteness that characterises the entire property. ===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== Villa Sassifraga is a splendid property in Portobello di Gallura which is spread over two floors. On the first floor there is a beautiful living room embellished with marine elements and separated from the external veranda by a sliding glass door which allows the room to have a panoramic view. On the same floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen furnished in very light tones that give it a unique luminosity. The next room is occupied by a charming dining room with a wonderful view on the outside. The sleeping area instead consists of a double bedroom with a refined style and ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds which are also very bright and furnished with sinuous shapes and the strong contrasts of wood with the light colors of the marine elements. Finally, a final bedroom with a single bed and direct access to the outdoor terrace. On the ground floor there is instead an annex with an independent entrance and composed of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and very light and bright furnishings, a bedroom with a single bed, a comfortable bathroom and externally a terrace with lounge area.
