A short 5 minute drive to South Melbourne and slightly further to Port Melbourne. The view is of Melbourne's magnificent city skyline and the apartment is lovely and bright and fitted out with everything you need to make it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment can sleep up to 5, with 1 guest on a foldout bed. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request. The beds are the same model which are used in 5 star hotels, so a good nights sleep is assured. You will not be disappointed. The price quoted is based upon 4 guests. Please note the additional charges beyond 4. Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee. Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group. From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. This is not currently included with the displayed quote. The 30% loading needs to be added to the displayed quoted rate. The swimming pool will be closed from 24 July until 3 September, 2023. NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the apartment or on the balcony.
