Step inside and the ground floor has a spacious living room with large, open plan kitchen. There is a washing machine and a full bathroom in this area. Go up the first lot of stairs and you will find 6 en-suite bedrooms on this floor. The next floor has 2 large bedrooms with a common bathroom with bath tub. You will find the pool table and spa tub also on this floor. There is air-conditioning throughout and TVs in every bedroom as well as the living area. To help keep the villa comfortable and pest-free, please keep windows and doors closed during the day, and locked at night or whenever you leave the villa. 5. Thailand is a tropical country, so you may spot tiny house lizards (geckos). Don’t worry — they’re harmless and help keep mosquitoes and small insects away. We consider them our little helpers! 6. The price does not include daily housekeeping as in a hotel. However, we’ll provide fresh towels, bed linen, simple toiletries, and drinking water for when you arrive. Need more during your stay? No problem — we can arrange that for an extra charge. Just ask! 7. Tropical storms can sometimes occur, especially during the rainy season. On rare occasions, these can cause short power outages, affecting the water pump. Please be aware this is beyond our control — they usually don’t last long. 8. The swimming pool is outdoors and naturally heated by the weather. It can be affected by rainwater or leaves, which our pool staff manage regularly. The temperature cannot be adjusted. Smoking is allowed outdoors only, please use the designated smoking areas provided. Thank you for your understanding. 9. Pets are welcome, subject to a fee. You are responsible for your pet’s behaviour, cleaning up after them, and ensuring they do not swim in the pool. 10.
