With a cozy porch swing in the front and hammock in the back, you'll be lounging in comfort and style. The space Rustic Retreat is a remodeled, cozy home with a rustic feel. With rustic hardwood floors throughout most of the house and wood decor throughout, this home feels very cozy! Walk into the large living and dining room. Lounge on the cozy sofa and watch the 58" TV Roku TV. Located in the back of the house, the cute kitchen has stainless steel oven and oversized fridge. Dine at the bar or in dining room. Both bedrooms are located just off the living room. The front bedroom, offers a great workspace and day bed with trundle (great for kids!). The master bedroom has a cozy queen size bed. Enjoy the covered back porch with cozy seating or lounge in the hammock and look at the stars. Enjoy our charcoal grill. Guest access Guests have full access to the unit. There is driveway parking for up to 3 cars and ample street parking. Other things to note The house is located in a neighborhood just between Riverside and Historic Midtown. Many houses are being fixed up. There is no dishwasher.
