Family Friendly Country Home within 10 minutes of downtown Emporia. This home sits back off the main highway just five miles north of Emporia on 12 acres. Quiet and relaxing with a beautiful views, flooded with natural light. 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a full bath downstairs, with additional sleeping areas (not regular bedrooms). Master bedroom equipped with a Tempurpedic mattress. Note: If you wish to park a camper in the driveway additional fee applies. The space The main floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. There is a Queen size bed in the master bedroom. The other main floor bedroom also has a queen sized bed. There are two bedrooms downstairs. One has a loft bed and the other has a queen bed. The rest of the basement has two other places to sleep but they are not private bedrooms. (In the photos it is listed as bedroom 5 and 6. They are sleeping areas but not bedrooms.) There is a memory foam foldable mattress on the floor, and a regular size twin bed. Fishing, paddle boating, disc golf and a mowed walking path are all available. There are life jackets in the garage. Guest access You will have access to the entire main floor, and all of the basement excluding a storage room. Other things to note You should plan on about 10 minutes to get to anywhere on the north half of Emporia.
