The space There are lots of places to sleep. But add unique character to your experience, and you have arrived! Tree Top Apartment is a cheerful, eclectic mix of modern luxury and nostalgia. Every room is designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind. Suitable for a romantic getaway, a home away from home while exploring Fremantle or the greater Perth area, or for business travellers needing a quiet space to work. Not safe or suitable for children under 12. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the view straight into the canopy of a 20 metre tall ficus tree. The colourful residents of the birdhouse might provide some entertainment right outside your window! Our guests enjoy 1000 thread count sheets, luxury towels and bath amenities, and quality furnishings throughout. Your comfort is assured with central air conditioning/heating, dual control electric blanket (in winter), and a heated towel rail. There is a comfortable separate lounge room with large TV, and it has a bluetooth JBL speaker to play your music. The Bali inspired balcony with its comfy day bed is a great place for a nap or to curl up with a book. There is a Weber BabyQ and a unique hand painted antique table for dining alfresco. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, and sliding glass doors with direct access to the balcony. Ample storage and wooden hangers for your clothes, and a keyed safe for your valuables. Pamper yourself in the luxurious ensuite bath with double vanity sinks and a full glass walk-in rainshower. For a special treat, pour a glass of wine and sink into the deep designer bath positioned to soak up the urban tree top view. (And big enough for two!) Choose from a variety of bath salts, soaps and bubbles. A guest favourite! Casual meals at home are easy with an induction cooktop, convection microwave, built in teppanyaki grill, dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Alternatively there is a good selection of restaurants, pubs, and great gourmet take-away nearby. There is a laundry room (shared with host) with a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. A personal clothes airer is also tucked away on your balcony. There is dedicated parking for one car on the property (free). Please no bikes, scooters etc. inside. Inquire about outside storage. You will hear a variety of birds, especially in the morning, nesting season and anytime there is a turf war :-) We can’t allow smoking/vaping anywhere in the apartment or on the balcony, but in the entry courtyard there is a shady sitting area where smoking is OK. Hosts live downstairs but of course the apartment is completely separate and self contained, you probably won't even see us. Guest access The apartment is the entire second floor of the hosts private residence, completely separate and self-contained. You have a private entry on street level and one flight of easily managed stairs to the apartment (the stairway is inside, carpeted, with a railing, 16 stairs with a landing halfway). There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. There is a designated parking spot for one car on the property. A small sitting area in the courtyard garden is also for your use (smoking is permitted here only) Other things to note Not safe or suitable for children under 12, no exceptions.
