Full blockout curtains along with dreamy sheer curtains create a lovely ambience in the space The floors have all been recently updated from carpet to a lovely oak vinyl plank, ensuring a clean, hair free, low toxin stay :) A porta-cot is stored in the cupboard for your convenience and also a high chair that can be buckled onto the dining chairs (in the living room cupboard) The second bedroom has a desk and chair if you need to work. Fast free internet is provided via wifi for the duration of your stay. There is a lovely big deck you can enjoy the northern sunshine and afternoon breezes. We want to disclose here that your deck does look down onto our pool. It also looks out to the lovely treed suburb of diggers beach. The pool is generally not for guests as it is on our house level. Kitchenette/Laundrette separate from toilet and bath/shower room. Kitchenette has a Delonghi Multi function oven / air fryer, microwave, washing machine, and bar fridge with small freezer. Also cupboard full of plates, cutlery, and pantry items such as salt, pepper, herbs, olive oil, sugar, vinegar, honey and vegemite, for your convenience. Living room area - This area has a lounge, TV (with chrome cast, so after you connect to our free wifi, you can watch anything streaming from your phone) and the dining table and chairs. Iron, washing basket and clothes airer in living room cupboard along with lots of cooking supplies, (and the baby high chair) The home is located within walking distance (about 5-7 minutes depending on how fast you walk) to one of the most popular swimming and surfing beaches around Coffs Harbour. We are also within walking distance to the Big Banana Fun Park (or a 1 minute drive across the highway) ; and Aanuka Beach Resort, where there is other accommodation and restaurants. Aanuka restaurant has just undergone a huge makeover and is a gorgeous spot to drive, or wander down to for sunset drinks or dinner with friends.
