Inside is a modern and new open plan kitchen, and lounge area with a conservatory that has a dining table . The kitchen is complete with oven, microwave and kitchen ware. In the lounge is a 32" flat screen TV with freeview and option to bring sky decoded. The cottage can sleeps 4 inside, master room has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and the sleep out has a queen bed. All the beds have duvets and pillows you need to bring your own sheets and towels,this can be provided for an extra charge of $15 per person. The cottage has a heatpump /air con. There is also a washing machine for your own convenience. It is a short walk into town providing shops, cafes, movie theatre and clubs. The popular surf beach is about 15 minutes walk which is great for paddle boarding and swimming. There are numerous walking and mountain bike tracks to suit all ages and fitness levels. Special conditions: Property has off street parking and is fully fenced. Families preferred or couples. Smoking allowed outside not butts left around.
