Nice Primary Bedroom!

If your tired of the expensive hotels on your work trip, internship, or even just visiting town then this is the place for you. This Nice guest bedroom comes finished with an extra comfortable queen bed, night stand and dresser for your clothes during your stay and ample closet space. Room comes with tv, cable, and wifi. Clean towels and travel soaps/shampoo are provided. Access to kitchen where you can feel free to cook your meals or just keep snacks. Home is shared with other airbnb's. The space Home is near University of Evansville, less then 10 minutes from shopping or food on either side of town. Quiet neighborhood with on and off street parking for guests. Access to laundry, bath, kitchen, living room areas in the house. As well as the back yard during nicer months of year. Guest will have a door code for ease of access into the household, as well as a room key for privacy and peace of mind when they are away. Guest access Acess to living room, kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms etc During your stay Guests can reach me by message on here, usually get back to you within the hour! I am happy to chat with the guest and answer any questions upon, during, or before arrival. Other things to note Hotel size soaps and shampoo will be provided upon arrival to ease guest into stay. Bath towel will be provided for guest as well and can be swapped out whenever desired by guest. This home does have other Airbnb rooms so you more than likely will meet new interesting people along their work or travel journeys! Guests will be expected to clean up after themselves when using common areas kitchen, living room, bathrooms etc. If this is not done additional cleaning charges will occur.
