The space Guests often say "wow" upon entering this beautiful, large, thoughtfully decorated En Suite known as the "Sky Room," located on the second floor of our home. It features lots of privacy, with four bedroom skylights (with solar electric blinds), and yet another large skylight in the attached bathroom. This room has a queen bed and a powered recliner. We welcome you with Chef Traci’s “Airbnb famous” dark chocolate brownies and blueberry muffins. A healthy self-serve breakfast is available anytime that includes Noah’s bagels w/ cream cheese, more muffins, fruit yogurts, hard boiled eggs, granola, bread, and fresh fruit. Ice cream bars and snacks are available anytime. Traci is a cooking instructor, and the private chef for a top movie director. Relax in a tranquil garden space that guests have described as a "sanctuary" and "like a resort". This shared space includes a raised deck with a comfortable sectional surrounded by dozens of succulents, as well as two other outdoor "rooms", each surrounded by wisteria and trumpet vines, dwarf maples, rose bushes, and succulents. Read a book while sitting on one of the teak Adirondack chairs. Have breakfast or work at the teak table. Pick some tomatoes or lettuce greens from the vegetable garden. The room has its own fridge/freezer and microwave. We are .8 mile down our street to Ashby BART station, or .9 mile to Rockridge BART station, then just a 20 minute ride to San Francisco.
