Timber Ridge is a fantastic condominium featuring spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains a few yards from a wilderness designated area with a trailheads just outside the front door. We are approximately 20 miles or less to six ski areas and just 30-40 miles to Vail & Beaver Creek. The space ** We welcome people from all walks of life. We are on the 3rd floor of the last building backing up to National Forest and the Eagles Nest Wilderness area. The two flights of stairs are worth the incredible view. The main floor has two bedrooms (both with queen beds) and two bathrooms along with the kitchen, dining and living room with gas fireplace. The couch in the living room makes out into a queen sized bed. There is a front and back deck, both with amazing views. The upper level is a very large loft bedroom (queen bed) with the 3rd bathroom. Timber Ridge boasts a nice Club House with an indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, game room, pool table, outdoor tennis/pickleball court and deck. There is free wireless in the condo. There are washer & dryers in the clubhouse (download the app to operate and pay). Guest access You will have full access to then entire condo and clubhouse during your stay. We stay here frequently in the winter and summer. This is our second home and we share it with our three sons and their families.
