The Astoria, Near Waldorf, a Suburb of DC! Two spacious, private bedrooms available with two private ensuite bathrooms in a single luxury home. Please see the attached photos. One bedroom is available or both could be made available. The fee listed is a per room fee. Each room will sleep up to two people. The spacious bedrooms can sleep up to two each. The luxury kitchen and den are offered as a part of the stay. It should be noted that climbing steps is required to get to the room. Parking is street parking. It is located in Brandywine, MD (near Waldorf, MD and Clinton, MD) and is 19 miles from the heart of DC. Yes, a car would be required; though, it is 10 miles from the Metro green line (Branch Ave) and 10 miles from I-495. The location is approximately 20 miles from Largo, MD and FedEx Field. Shopping/restaurant convenience: Safeway, Bonefish Grill, Cheddar's, Panda Express, Target, Wal-Mart and Macy's just to name a few. There is some convenient shopping within a mile and ample shopping within five miles radius. The neighborhood is a quiet, single family community with tennis court, outdoor pool and tot lot. Guests will have access to the kitchen, den, and morning room. Wi-Fi is available. Guests may use the washer/dryer. The host provides a proper introduction, sharing location of amenities as well information about the area. The host is available to answer questions. The neighborhood is a single-family community. The community is friendly, quiet and safe with easy access to shopping within a mile for most needs including restaurants, grocery, movie theater, dry cleaners, department stores, and much more! A car is a must; however, the Metro is 10 miles from the residence. Because, I work, I do ask for some flexibility with check -in times. On the weekends a 4:00pm is possible. However, for a weekday check-in I "may" ask for flexibility.
