The River Cottage - Pet friendly

A cosy cottage nestled in the garden on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River. The cottage has recently been refurbished to accomodate both singles, couples and families - comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The cottage has reverse cycle heating and cooling as well as a wood fire to keep you warm in winter. The cottage is available for both short and long term stays with a discount applied to week long bookings. We are pet friendly and the cottage is completely fenced. We are able to accomodate larger animals such as horses if discussed with your hosts prior to your booking being made. We ask that all animals are kept outside of the cottage however we are happy for them to be in the laundry. Relax at the cottage and enjoy the peaceful surrounds or take a walk and enjoy a picnic on the beautiful Murrumbidgee river. The cottage features a sunny living room and gauzed in verandah for your enjoyment. While your enjoying your stay make the most of what Darlington Point has to offer with many local attractions including Altina Wildlife Park, the Whitton Malt House and Griffith all within 45 minutes drive. Darlington Point also has two great cafes, italian restaurant and a family friendly pub. A light continental breakfast is supplied for the first night of your stay and the kitchen is well equipped for you to cook yourselves or make use of the BBQ.
