A King and a Queen which enjoy ocean views and have their own bathroom/ ensuite. Each bedroom has a sitting/reading area . (The King and the Queen suite have a TV with free to air chanels . Upstairs has a smart TV Up stairs consist of two further bedrooms . One with bunk bed and the other a trilogy bunk bed (single and double). The living area features a large scale lounge room with comfortable lounges, a smart TV, wood heating, separate dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. Decking runs along the width of the home front and back , ideal outdoor spaces where you can enjoy sipping a glass of champagne or alfresco dining. Indulge in a romantic getaway or ideal for two families " Il Mare " can be enjoyed as a romantic getaway for couples that want to enjoy space and privacy but it is also ideal to accommodate two small families , The home is a short stroll to the beach (120 meters to G.O.R.) and a glorious 5 minute drive to Apollo Bay along one of Australia's premiere beaches. The home has a laundry. Private , peaceful and relaxing Il Mare is only a very short walk beautiful Skenes Creek Beach. Enjoy watching surfers catch a wave from the extensive decking or walk down a grassy path to the beach , Skenes Creek Estuary and Stream. The home is elevated enjoying lovely sea breezes in summer or light the slow combustion heater and watch the storms roll in in Winter. Il Mare is a short drive to Apollo Bay or a pleasant 35 minute invigorating walk along the beach to the town center, Enjoy a wonderful "Australian" beach holiday within sight of town in a relaxed and uncrowded environment. A maximum of 9 guests are allowed on the property. A maximum of 3 cars are allowed on the property. Furniture is not to be moved. The house is to be left in a clean and tidy state upon departure. All dishes and utensils are to left clean and put away in draws and cupboards. Any breakages are to be reported to the owner. Please note that a security camera operates in the driveway of the property.
