Linen and towels: Linen and towels are supplied for your stay. Please BYO beach towels. Children: A cot and high chair are available to hire at the house for use if needed during your stay. Please request on booking and BYO linen for cot. Pets: The backyard is fully fenced and we welcome pets at our property. They are also welcome to stay inside accompanied, though is required you clean up after your pets. Pets are also not allowed on the furniture. $25 per pet fee Groups: This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups. We do not accept schoolies bookings at this house, please ask us about our other properties that do. Base price is for 2 guests, then extra $40 per person per nights booked Bookings: Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay. Price will increase as your guest numbers increase to cover extra cost of linen, towels, cleaning and utilities. Bond: If you do not have any existing 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $400. If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1000. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. There is no shared spaces Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our guest portal has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
