Plus huge kitchen, dining & lounge rooms areas, BBQ & giant spa. Max 6x family bedrooms all ensuite bathrooms, accommodates 20 adults/children. The space Family farmstay property with 5/6 x family bedrooms available. All have ensuite/private bathrooms. Lodge is very comfortable for group of max 20 adults/children with dining space for everyone. Bedding in each bedroom is mix of queen, single or king single &/or bunks. Bedrooms sleep 3, 4, 5 or 6 people. All lodge bedrooms have A/C for cooling in summer & warmth in winter, all bedding is provided plus bath towels & personal soap. Breakfast is provided daily on self serve/self prepare basis. There's a wood fire in loungeroom keep lodge snug & warm in winter. Lots of space for your group to dine indoors or outdoors plus loungerooms for your whole group to relax. Full kitchen is available for self catering. There's a BBQ for cooking outdoors plus giant spa/pool to enjoy summer & winter. Kids will have a ball. Huge indoor games room has table tennis, trampoline, half court basketball. Outdoors there's 10 acres of garden & bushland to explore & enjoy, dam with canoes & swimming in summer, pond to catch yabbies, kids outdoor playground plus tracks for bushwalking & mountain bike riding. In winter enjoy cooking marshmellows around the campfire. Guest access Guests have access to and use of all outstanding lodge facilities. Weekends & school holidays are normally booked by groups with fully private use of whole lodge incl all bedrooms. Midweek often has families who book 1 or 2 bedrooms plus have use of all lodge facilities. Lodge/room key is left a lodge front door with welcome letter. Arrival from 2pm. Other things to note The lodge is non smoking. There's a smoking area available on front verandah. It's a short 10/15min walk (or 2 min drive) past farms & orchards to Grumpy Baker Cafe for breads, pastries & cappuccinos. Lodge is fully fenced for safety of children & also any visiting pets. Dogs booked in to stay with owners sleep in comfortable, snug, heated kennels located on lodge verandah. Keeps dogs, owners & other guests happy. There's great dining options & places to visit in & around Bilpin. All a short walk or drive. ~ Archibald hotel . Open 7 days for excellent pub style meals/bottle shop ~ Hillbilly Cider.
