Blue Urban Alfama is a renovated and cozy apartment in a centuries-old building set in the heart of Alfama. It has an independent living room, bedroom and kitchen, and decor with hues that provide peace of mind, harmony and good energy. Around it there are typical restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, monuments and places of interest such as the Fado Museum (towards the Tagus River), Miradouro das Portas do Sol or São Jorge Castle on one of the 7 hills. Transportation is a few meters from the house. The space The house has a well-equipped kitchen, SmartTv, Wifi with free and unlimited access, double bed and a small closet with hangers and drawers. The bathroom has a shower and in the living room there is a dining space with table and benches and a living space with a 3-seater sofa bed like clique clac (opens like a book) with closed measures:188x84x84cm and open:188x116x40cm. The apartment has a small balcony with clothesline and window with double glazing and shutters. Electrical equipment: - Glass ceramic plate; -Furnace; -Microwave; -Frigorific; - Coffee machine; - Toaster; - Electric jar; - Ironing iron and board; - Hairdryer; -SmartT.V. flat and Wifi free and unlimited access; -Heater; -Fan; -Exhaust fan; Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, kitchen paper, toiletries(hand soap/liquid soap, shampoo/gel, hand sanitizer) and dishwasher are included in the price of the reservation; Coffees, teas and other products are the house's offer. Note: You must climb 9 narrow, sloping steps. The neighborhood has alleys so the access of vehicles to its interior is prohibited or subject to authorization. At Largo Chafariz de Dentro (170 meters from the house), the Santo Estevão Urban Fair takes place on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. From the highest point, there are some of the most beautiful views of the city of Lisbon and the Tagus River ; - Thief's Fair ( Tuesdays and Saturdays): Dates back to the XIII and you can find a little bit of everything; Organic deposit (Agrobio) at Jardim Botto Machado:Saturdays from 8am to 2pm; -Miradouros da Graça - Sofia de Mello Breyner Andresen or Graça(next to the Graça Church/convent) and Senhora do Monte(the highest in Lisbon); -Igreja and Miradouro de Santo Estevão; -Sé Catedral; -Percue the colorful and narrow alleys of Alfama and other charismatic neighborhoods; -Casa Museu dos Bicos; - And much, much more.....
