Bring your bikes to take the bicycle path that follows the beach 4km into town, take a dip in the crystal clear water or bring your fishing gear and fish for whiting, herring and flounder as the sun sets over the ocean. If you would prefer to relax at home there are plenty of board games, jigsaws, books and videos to enjoy and the house is only a short walk to the local Minimart, Fish and Chip shop and bottleshop. Ideally set up for 1 to 2 families the house comfortably sleeps 7 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped open-plan kitchen / dining area and separate spacious lounge, as well as a BBQ on the patio out the back. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for cars and boats, with Port Geographe Marina just 1 km away where you'll find top class boat launching facilities. Within a few minutes drive, you can be in the heart of Busselton to take the kids to the water park or the famous Busselton jetty and underwater observatory, play golf, tennis or check out the extensive range of shops. In just 30 minutes you can be in Western Australia's premier wine region of Margaret River, with art galleries, cheese factories, chocolate factories, local boutique breweries and some of the best surf beaches in the state. Three external perimeter security cameras are on the property for the times when we don't have guests.
