Equipped with large ceiling fans and air conditioning (upstairs), it has 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites with bathroom, 3 WCs, a shared bathroom on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a large swimming pool ( 10x5m) facing south, a large living room with a view of the forest and the swimming pool, a summer kitchen with plancha to feast by the swimming pool.... You will have a pleasant stay, at your convenience, between idleness under the Dordogne sun and the discovery of this beautiful region. You will enjoy the delights of the famous Perigueux market (3 times a week - located 5 minutes by car) and you can visit all the treasures of PERIGORD within 45 minutes of driving.... We will welcome you with some PERIGORD specialties to start your stay with gourmet accents... We draw your attention to the fact that the house is built on riprap which will require your vigilance with regard to young children.
