The house is located in a quiet spot and features a sunny terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, parking, and a garden shed. On the estate: large swimming pool, children’s pool, tennis court, pétanque, and fitness trail. Perfect for those looking to relax in comfort and tranquility. The space You can enjoy a beautiful, spacious terrace with complete tranquility and wide-open views. It connects to a large living room and kitchen. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning. There is an additional terrace on the first floor, adjacent to the master bedroom, which also has its own private bathroom. A small front garden and parking are available right in front of the house. In the garden, there is a shed for storing bicycles or golf bags. Guest access The entire house and the terrace are available. There is a large adjoining garden, but a swimming pool is currently under construction there and is not yet finished. Therefore, this area is not included in the rental. Other things to note The house and terrace are completely ready for your arrival. The large garden adjacent to the house is not included in the rental, as there are currently works taking place there (we are investing in a private swimming pool).
