The GRACE HOUSE provides Guests with a lovely Master King En-Suite with private bath, kitchenette & amenities. Located at Kennebunkport/Arundel line near Cape Arundel Golf Club; a mile to free parking for Kennebunkport shopping & restaurants, 2.8 miles to beach. Hosts are grateful for Amazing Guests & 5 STAR reviews. The GRACE HOUSE is Law Enforcement friendly and provides a discount to First Responders. Masks are not required at The GRACE HOUSE, it's a personal choice to wear or not to wear. The space Guests who reserve will be the only Guests @ The GRACE HOUSE during their stay in a clean lovely 355 sf. Master King En-Suite. King sleigh bed adorned with a comfort top mattress, cotton Percale sheets made in Italy, form-fit pillows, soft blankets and during colder season Down comforter. AC/heat & ceiling fan. TV area provides down filled loveseat; desk & mirrored armoire. For light eats, a small Kitchenette with table seating equipped with Keurig single coffee maker, coffee & tea K-cups, toaster, mini-fridge, microwave, condiments, dinnerware & dual USB charger. Large private shower/bath affords- shampoo, soap, hairdryer, organic & Egyptian cotton plush towels, organic and Turkish cotton robes, first aid and sewing kit, iron & small ironing board. Umbrella available. Beach chairs, bag with blanket & towels. After Guest check-in a partition is closed to main house area to give Guests privacy and primary front door access. Guest access Guest parking in private driveway. Adirondack chairs on the front lawn for Guests. Fenced yard is where our GSD resides during periods throughout day. We recently added a sitting area, table with seating, fire pit, and grill. If Guests would like to use the area for a specific time period, please contact Host to make arrangements. The GRACE HOUSE & premises are Non-Smoking. A consideration may be made for 1 additional Guest for stay. Please message Hosts with specifics. Other things to note Check-in: 4-9 P - Check-out: 11A. Host available via text/phone after check-in. Upon arrival a Wi-Fi protected password provide Guests with secure Wi-Fi use. Courtesy GRACE HOUSE local transportation (as available) may be arranged with Hosts if Uber/Lyft or other transportation is not available to Guests. One week prior to reservation date, Hosts will text photo of The GRACE HOUSE to Guest's cell phone. The GRACE HOUSE Info/Manual will be sent via email to allow a faster check-in. Map and local information booklet provided upon check-in. After a Guest check-in, a partition is closed to separate the En-Suite location from the main house area to give Guests added privacy for entering and leaving. Lots of activities throughout the year. Beaches, boating, whale-watching, tours and "LOBSTA!"! Scenic Fall foliage is stunning! Winter season is "Kennebunkport Christmas Prelude" (first 2 weeks in December), people flood in from all over the world festively dressed to partake in the events and celebrate. While in Maine, venture to Portland and enjoy the arts, shopping, and ferry to the Islands. Kittery & Freeport Maine have fantastic outlet shopping to include Maine's LL BEAN; opportunities to enjoy are endless!
