The main house has seven bedrooms, three with TVs and king-size beds, one with an en-suite and one with the zip/link option of becoming a twin. There is also a family bathroom and ground floor WC, a kitchen with a dining area for four, a dining room seating eight and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. In the annexe, there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area for four, and a sitting room with a woodburner of its own. The two parts of the house share an enclosed lawned garden and patio with furniture, plus two off road parking spaces, though there is also roadside parking available outside the house. In a great base for walking, with the stunning Dales stretching on either direction of the village, Fern House is perfect for a Yorkshire getaway. The bedrooms are located up one flight of stairs. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns. Please note this property only accepts Friday check ins with a minimum length of 2 nights.
