Large combustion heater, ducted evaporative air conditioning as well as ceiling fans in all rooms. The outdoor entertaining area has large gas BBQ and luxury six person spa. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The property is a bird lover's paradise as Rosellas, Galahs, Grass Parrots, Honey Eaters and Whistlers come to feed from hanging trays on the pergola. This feeding frenzy can be viewed from the main living area. The Estate offers a true country retreat getaway experience, with 100 acres to explore, and peace and quiet, (except for the prolific bird life), Kangaroos and the occasional Echidna and Deer, yet close to wineries and restaurants. This hilltop setting offers breathtaking views across the Blyth Plains to St. Vincent's Gulf, and spectacular sunsets. Generous breakfast supplies for first two days of any stay.
