Sleeps 10-14. The space Through a covered entry walkway, you enter the home into a large, tiled entrance foyer. The entry-level contains four bedrooms with a Queen size bed and upstairs the master with a King size bed. Proceeding straight ahead from the entry door is the laundry room with door out to large outdoor covered and enclosed Hot Tub/Spa. Proceeding to the right is a full Bathroom with tub/shower and double vanity and two Bedrooms. To the left of the laundry room is another full Bathroom with tub/shower and double vanity and two more Bedrooms. Back to the entry area and proceeding up the steps to your right, you come to the living level of the home. To the right is the Master Bedroom with deck and adjacent Master Bathroom with large vanity, separate shower and tub. Back to the area at the top of the steps, you come to the Great Room with fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen with granite counter tops, on your right. There is a large deck off the kitchen for sitting and BBQing. Stairs from this deck go down to the private, enclosed, gazebo housed Hot/Tub Spa that can accommodate up to 6 people at a time. To the left of the Kitchen is a dining room area with table seating 10-12. Kitchen counter has four bar stools, and island counter has two bar stools. Continuing on to your left is the large, open living room with sofas, table seating 6, TV and deck. This newly renovated and decorated, large, comfortable home is perfect for family gatherings, Quilting and Scrapbooking groups. Provided are 4 Twin rollaway beds, an extra 6-foot Craft Table and 4 x 4 Card Table and chairs. This home has a Gas BBQ. *California State Beaches are not dog friendly and include Bodega Dunes State Park, Colman Beach, Miwok Beach and Salmon Creek Beaches. All Sonoma County Beaches and Parks allow dogs. Guest access There may be locked doors, cabinets, drawers that contain the property of the owners for when they use their homes. These areas are not to be disturbed. These locked areas are inventoried between each rental.
