On cold nights enjoy a fire on the original stone fireplace. The Log cabin is situated in the hamlet of Smallwood NY which is a community of cabins and cottages from the 1920's, 30's, and 40's. Smallwood is a wooded community with its own lake, waterfall, and a recreational area on the Toronto Reservoir. This has a two full bedrooms, one equiped with a queen size bed and big chest of drawers, the other one has two twin beds. There is a fully equipped just renovated country chic kitchen with granite countertops, topnotch stainless steel appliances - dishwasher, microwave, Gas 5 Burner Cooktop and Oven, Refrigerator. There is also a washer/dryer in the living room closet. The good thing is that there is a real attic with a queen size bed, some extra mattresses and a TV/ play station area. Perfect for guests and used as a guest/play area. Guest access the guests will have access to the private lake community in exchange of a fee set up for guests by the community. The pool belongs to another institution and requires an independent fee for the summer if the guest wants to join.
