It has all the necessary equipment and appliances, with 3 ovens, two dishwashers, two refrigerators in addition to kettles, microwaves, and high chairs for children. There is also a washer, a dryer and an iron. There are two swimming pools, one outdoor and one indoor. The outdoor one has a whirlpool, lighting (including underwater), with 12 sunbeds and loungers, 5 umbrellas, 3 small tables, outdoor shower, and a half bath. The pool inside the villa also features a whirlpool, as well as heated water and ceramic coating. A shower is also available. There is also a barbecue area in the large garden, equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy pleasant lunches and dinners in the open air.
