Sandhills Beach Hut is set on a prime North facing property with a large lawn area, plenty of room to pitch a tent if required, the unit has a deck attached with BBQ and outdoor furniture. It is a modern open plan self contained unit attached to a storage shed for the use of the guests only. The island is very unique generating our own power and water supply. The beach hut works on a 12 volt power system, so limited power but very comfortable. Gas cooking, hot water and small electric fridge. Gas heating for the colder months. 100m from the waters edge of the beautiful Medlands Beach. Enjoy long walks, great surfing and fishing on this pristine beach. The Beach Hut is located at Sandhills Road Medlands Beach. It is 5 mins by car to the Airport, cafes, Art Gallery and a little longer to the golf Club and Hot Springs.
