There is a 1 room Bungalow available for groups of 6 or more or by prior arrangement. It sleeps 3 (1 king and 1 single), has en-suit (own hot water unit) TV w DVD player, bar fridge. (Additional charges may apply for sinlge night booking). Plenty of room to park the boat, jet skies, bikes etc with a single car carport all behind a fully fenced yard. Tea, coffee, sugar and toilet paper starter kits are supplied. Depending on the length of your stay and the number of guests in your group you may need to top up also. There is a hair dryer for your use in the main bathroom. Fully fenced this property is PET FRIENDLY - but please clean up after your pet before departure, there is a scooper available. Pets are allowed in the house but NOT on the furniture or beds. Please bring bet bedding and food/water bowls. A few toys and games are available for your use. It is recommended that the client take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to illness, injury, death, damage, loss or cancellation of tenancy. RUBBISH – Prior to departure rubbish and recycling materials should be removed from the house and placed in the appropriate bins provided outside. We have a new 3 bins system please refer to the information provided in the house and ensure all rubbish is placed in the appropriate bins. If you are staying at our property on a Wednesday please put the outside bins out the front curb side for collection early Thursday morning. These bins are provided for your uses however will only hold so much. Any excess rubbish or recycling material which does not fit into the council bins provided is the responsibility of the client and must be removed by the client accordingly.
