Luxurious private and roomy basement guest suite. This is a completely private suite with a King bed, kitchenette, laundry room, office desk, and bathroom. One light rail stop to historic Olde Town Arvada featuring amazing restaurants, breweries and specialty shops. Safe and quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from the Light Rail taking you to downtown Denver in 10 minutes or Old Town Arvada in 5 minutes. Quick and easy access to 1-70 and 36 and local bus stop. The space This Airbnb is completely private from the upstairs and you will have no interaction with the other guests staying upstairs. The entrance is through the garage door, you will receive a code the day of arrival. Expect noise since you are in the basement and guests are staying upstairs. There will be guests in the upstairs and backyard. The backyard is only for the upstairs guests. If you have dogs we ask you only book if they do not bark often. Expect to hear some noise from the guests downstairs. You will never see them in your space but you will hear them and the price of this Airbnb reflects that. Thanks! Parking: There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. Please refrain from parking on the left side of the driveway. Kitchenette: Coffee maker, microwave, hot plate, cooking pot, small refrigerator, electric kettle, tea, and plate ware. Cleaning dishes can be done in the laundry room, we have a little set up there to the right of the laundry units. Beds: 1 King Tuft n Needle and 1 Queen couch pull out. Dimmable bedside lamps. TV: This is a smart TV on a moveable mount so you can watch it from the bed or the chairs. Comes with all local channels, Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and Chrome Cast Please use your own Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. credentials. Laundry: Located in the front room across from the couch and available for you. Some of my personal items are stored on the left side of the laundry room, please be respectful of that space. Thank you!. Guest access Garage, Laundry, Kitchenette, and all other rooms in the downstairs suite. Other things to note The sink in the laundry room is used for projects so it has some paint stains.
