Rental unit in Summerfield

Our space features a queen bed & two sleeper chairs, TV w/ Roku, full kitchen, & bath w/ walk-in tub. This is a MIL apartment attached to our house on 9.5 wooded acres. It is NOT outfitted for children. SMOKING/VAPING IS NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. Long term stays welcome! Convenient to the Triad and points beyond. It's safe & quiet, & you can roam most of the property. Multiple security cameras outside. NEW: Fenced-in yard for off-leash playtime for your dog! The space The apartment is fully self-contained and separate from the main house. It features a complete kitchen with full-sized appliances and bar seating for two, living room with digital antenna TV, Roku, & two sleeper chairs, bedroom with queen bed, and a full bath with walk-in tub/shower combo. Designed with elder care in mind, doorways are wide, and there are no stairs. 12ft ceilings give the space a light and airy feel. We allow time between guests in order to complete a thorough disinfection and cleaning of the space as recommended by the CDC. Guest access This apartment has its own entrance through the sliding glass doors on the patio. There is also a fenced-in area where your dog can have off-leash playtime! Smoking/vaping is not allowed on the property. violations of this rule will incur a $500 cleaning fee. Other things to note This is a dog-friendly property! We have chickens, a dog and three cats, all of which are loose on the property at one time or another. None are aggressive. None live in the apartment, although they like to sneak in to visit if you let them. Well behaved dogs are welcome! Dogs must be housebroken and kept on a leash when outdoors. (Short term off-leash time in the fenced-in yard is available.) Cats are NOT allowed. This is a NONSMOKING PROPERTY. This means no smoking or vaping of anything at any time. Violation of this rule will incur a $500 cleaning fee. There are multiple security cameras outside. Children ages 15 to 21 are welcome, but may not be left alone on the property at any time. Parents are responsible for any damages caused by children or pets. The apartment is not outfitted for young children. We use unscented cleaning products wherever possible, or lemon scented if unscented is not available. WE ARE FOLLOWING CDC COVID 19 GUIDELINES FOR CLEANING AND SANITATION.
