Industrial Gallery

This factory was previously a sewing, rubber, and light factory. It was renovated with repurposed materials and is currently used as a private gallery to display vintage furniture and unique pieces created of upcycled materials. We allow private gatherings up to 100 people. Space is 4,000 sq/ft event area, restrooms, bar with sink, tables, chairs, storage area with refrigerator. Extra fees: catering and linens. This space is not available for overnight guests; however, we do have a place which sleeps up to 10 guests, UBParadise B&B located less than 8 minutes from the factory. Please see our listing on airbnb. Guest access The space is approximately 4,000 sq/ft with bar area with sink and beer cooler, tables and chairs for up to 100 guests, storage area with refrigerator. Includes mens and women rest rooms; however, if you require handicap access guests will need to rent a portable handicapped latrine. There is parking in front of and to the left and right of the building. Other things to note There is no heat or air conditioning in the building; however, we do have exhaust fans as well as other fans to cool the area. Keep in mind that spring and fall will normally be the best climate to have events in this location. You may rent electric air conditioners or heaters from local stores like Home Depot, Lowe's, and Ben's Rental. Propane heaters are prohibited.
