Other things to note: This is a smoke and animal free property. Please, no smoking of any type, to include vaping, incense or any smoke producing product. There is no smoking in the apartment or anywhere on the property. There is a $300 cleaning assessed if you choose to do so. There is also a $300 cleaning assessed if you choose to cover any odors with an odor-masking agent. We love animals of all varieties but do not allow them in this apartment or on the property.
