The flat is located in the 4th district near the opera. This area is absolutely safe and famous for many contemporary art galleries. Lots of cafes and restaurants are in this area. With line U1 you just need one stop to "Stephansplatz" where you find the famous St. Stephans Cathedral and the center of the old town. With line U4 you get directly to "Schönbrunn" or to "Landstrasse" where you can change to all trains going to the airport.
