With an elevated aspect very close to the water’s edge, this welcoming bach has been designed to maximise the stunning sea and bush setting. Set in 17 acres with less than a handful of neighbours for company, your privacy is close to guaranteed. Located on a small hill you are only a few moments stroll to the waterfront and grass reserve area. This modern bach with traditional hardwood floors features cozy open plan living with multiple large opening doors ideal for indoor / outdoor entertaining. For winter time there is a lovely fireplace (with a good supply of firewood) ready to be lit that warms the house in minutes. For those feeling active there are two kayaks available (with life jackets provided). The fully fitted kitchen is compact but complete with everything you need to self cater along with a gas BBQ on the deck. Appliances include; dishwasher, two element hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine (bring some pods). A television with sky connection (please bring your own decoder) is available in the master bedroom along with a selection of DVDs. There is also a Chrome Cast system for guest usage.
