Set amongst acres of farmland with views across the Barwite Valley and down to the Broken River, you will be treated to an endless amount of awe-inspiring scenery and native wildlife. The cozy living area boasts plenty of unique hand-crafted features and offers a French style cast-iron chiminea with large viewing screen that will transport you by the flames to tranquility. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen offers top quality appliances and amazing views whilst you cook up a storm! The stylish master bedroom boasts a King bed whilst the second bedroom offers a Queen and a single bunk with top quality mattresses. The luxurious bathroom has plenty of space and features double basins and triple shower. Guest access This private self-contained apartment is raised to capture the most from the awesome views. The apartment is semi-attached to the owners residence but is offset from it and does not share any walls with any other living space to maximise privacy. It has its own private entrance and also has exclusive access to its own rooftop terrace. Other things to note If excessive cleaning is required an additional $80 will be charged. BullerRoo has a “kick off your shoes & relax” policy due to the soft wood timber flooring.
