Family-friendly, non-smoking and suitable for up to three guests, this place is ideal for relaxing stays by the lake with short distances to shopping and restaurants. Other things to note In the middle of the historic ensemble of the Lindau Island, a bright 2-room non-smoking apartment on the 2nd floor on 75 sqm. The property is equipped for a maximum of 3 persons. Step in and marvel at the ancient but very well preserved stucco on the ceiling of the living room. Here and in the adjacent dining area, you have plenty of space for cozy TV and game evenings. The open and modern kitchen includes everything you need for a nice dinner. All rooms are equipped with high-quality parquet or tiles. Furthermore, the apartment has a separate toilet with sink and washing machine. Through the hallway you enter the bedroom with double bed (2 × 1.8 m) and automatic ventilation. Directly adjacent you have a modern ensuite shower room with an XXL shower. In the surrounding area you will find a bakery, restaurants, the market square and the historic churches of the island. Experience Lindau at its best even in the off-season! In winter, the romantic Lindau harbor Christmas attracts with atmospheric lighting, regional specialties and cozy market stalls directly on the shores of Lake Constance. You also benefit from the practical connection to the ski resorts in Vorarlberg and the Allgäu – thanks to direct train connections, you are on the slopes in a short time and enjoy the perfect combination of Lake Constance and Alpine feeling without travel stress. Amenities for a completely carefree stay: Upon arrival, you will find freshly made beds, carefully prepared hand, shower and dish towels, as well as a starter package with cleaning, rinsing and hygiene items. Final cleaning, bed linen and a set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if required. Important notes: Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in this property. Flexible arrival and departure seven days a week is possible, and the existing key safe means nothing stands in the way of a late arrival. The apartment does not have its own parking space, but you can easily drive to the front door for loading and unloading.
