The Cozy Cottage
You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, big, clean fridge, flower gardens that are outside, and the of course the coziness of it all. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Guest have access to backyard if they desire. You will enjoy the cozy space! big bedroom, large walk in closet with vanity, dressers, big laundry room (washer & dryer), convenient living area (a big couch, and small couch, TV), dining table for two, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (w/ coffee & condiments), open & easily accessible kitchen, bathroom (large shower/tub combined), toilet, sink, w/ shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cute, quaint, warm coziness feeling, and of course wireless internet Talladega Superspeedway; Cheaha State Park; Choccolocco Wildlife Management Area; Jacksonville State University; Choccolocco Park Sports Arena; Anniston Museum of Natural History; CMP Talladega Marksmanship Park; Talladega National Forest; Top Trails; Pine Hill Country Club; Fort McClellan; Mountain Longleaf National Wildlife Refuge; Piedmont Plateau Birding Trail in east-central Alabama; Chief Ladiga Bike Trail Head; Cold Water Mountain Bike Trail; Pinhoti Hiking Trail; Six Flags Over Georgia is about 1 hour away; One hour from World's Longest Yard-Sale If you need anything during your stay, let me know! Other than that, your stay will be mostly independent and as private as you wish. Decently private. Beautiful trees and wildlife views. Huge flower gardens out front and to one side, wilderness (woods) views on the other side. If you are outdoors enthusiast you might enjoy walking to the mountain top behind the cottage there are large rocks great for taking pictures, & you can see the whole valley from there. We are close to countless restaurants,(Applebee ,Logan's,Cracker Barrel, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Zaxby's) the list goes on. There is a public park in Oxford w/ a large lake with walking trail, play ground for children, a museum in Anniston, and Cheaha State park nearby. Oxford is where we generally go for eating, shopping, etc. Traffic is generally very good; easy to get around. Very good restaurant options. Parking isn't a problem.
