A 30 sqm loft kitchen with super equipped 6mt high roofs overlooking a large balcony with breakfast table. 2 comfortable and elegant double bedrooms with 6m high roofs and 2 bathrooms with large showers. Laundry room with washing machine,dryer. The upper floor consists of a living room with comfortable sofa, desk, TV and elegant double bedroom with bathroom and comfortable shower. The house is located in the ZTL area so if you want to take a car (which I personally do not recommend since within walking distance you can find everything you need, museums, churches, archaeological sites, supermarkets, restaurants) you have to make the pass that has a cost of €5 per day depending on the type of power of the car. Please enter the correct total number of guests when you book. Guest access IMPORTANT: If there are a maximum of 4 guests, they have the entire lower floor of the house at their disposal, which includes: a large living room, kitchen, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a king-size bed. The upper floor, which includes a small living room and a bedroom with a private bathroom, is only available if you reach the maximum number of guests, i.e., 6 people. Other things to note It is important to enter the exact number of guests who will be in the house, as there is an additional cost for each person over 1.
