The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km. The space COVID-19: to ensure the safety of our guests we decided to block guests' checkouts and check-ins on the same day to allow careful disinfection of rooms and surfaces as well as the sterilization of bed linen and dishes. We will provide for free hand sanitizer gel to all our guests and, as soon as they are readily available on the market, disposable masks and gloves. The apartment, about 60 square meters, with a living kitchen with all necessary appliances, a table for dining, a sofa bed for two people, a double bedroom and a large bathroom with shower. The apartment is very bright and cool during the summer. During the winter is available central heating and a pellet burning stove for colder days. Outside there is a large park shared with the owner who occasionally lives in the villa, there is a patio with outdoor kitchen and a covered parking. Guest access Guests will have the exclusive use of the apartment and the garden in front of it. The patio for preparing and eating outdoor meals and the large fenced park, on the other hand, remain shared with the owner and other guests. You can leave your car outside the gate on a private street. Other things to note The apartment is only granted for residential leasing for short periods and for tourist purposes, without the provision of personal services.
