This spacious 1,200 square foot unit offers accommodations for up to 8 guests, featuring a king bed, queen bed, two twin beds, and air mattresses for added convenience. With modern amenities such as central air and heat, a full-sized stackable washer and dryer, free wireless internet, and flat-screen TVs in every room, you'll have all the comforts of home. The renovated kitchen, complete with granite countertops, provides the perfect space for whipping up meals, while the small covered patio offers a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The condo is located just one block from the Austin Convention Center, two blocks from the iconic 6th Street and Warehouse District, and within a short walk of Austin’s top attractions, including countless restaurants, bars, movie theaters, nightclubs, and live music venues. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Town Lake walking and jogging trail is only a few blocks away, and there’s even a yoga studio right across the street to help you recharge. Need a coffee fix? Starbucks is just 200 feet from your front door. For those driving, the unit comes with free private gated parking for one car (plus room for a motorcycle or scooter). Guest access As our guest, you'll have access to everything you need for a fantastic stay, including the condo itself, the entire condo complex, secured parking, and the refreshing pool area. Plus, you'll be right in the middle of all the excitement that downtown Austin has to offer. Important Note: The pool is a shared amenity within the complex, and while it's usually available, I don’t have control over its management. In the rare event that the pool is closed during your stay, I won’t be able to offer compensation. However, I’m always here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible in other ways! At our property, we manage 28 condos within the same complex, providing an excellent opportunity to accommodate groups ranging from 100 to 200 guests. Our condos are centrally located in downtown Austin, just steps away from the city's best attractions, dining, and event venues. This is a smoke-free property, and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside all units and buildings within the condominium community. Any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine.
