142m² (1530 sqft) sunny Languedoc stonehouse, renevated by an architect. Located footwalking distance from Canal du midi , Restaurants, Tourist Office, stores..., in a peacefull impasse of our little touristic village. The space Our 142 m² village house, adjoining neighbouring properties through very thick natural stone walls, was fully renovated by an architect and spatial designer. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just 200 metres from restaurants and shops — including a floating grocery shop — as well as the Canal du Midi, the tourist office, a bookshop, ice cream parlours, artists’ studios and much more. We have preserved the original stone walls and carefully highlighted their character. When choosing the materials — solid wood, leather and other natural finishes — we placed particular emphasis on warmth, authenticity and simplicity, in keeping with the spirit of our region. The large landscaped patio and its relaxation pool are often described by our guests as a “peaceful haven”. Here, you can enjoy rest and tranquillity without compromising on comfort or practicality. The house offers many opportunities to spend quality time together: enjoy a meal on one of our three terraces or in the air-conditioned interior, raise a glass of good local wine with your feet — or more — in the water, relax together on the sun loungers, or spend long evenings in the living room putting the world to rights. The rooms are arranged as follows — floor plans of the house are included among the photos: On the ground floor, there is a large living room, a kitchen with dining area, a workspace, a reading corner, a toilet, and a large built-in cupboard containing, among other things, a freezer and washing machine. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one of which has its own shower room, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. All three bedrooms have king-size beds measuring 180 × 200 cm. The beds will be made before your arrival, so all you need to do is relax! We value trust and a high standard of hospitality. This is why bed linen, towels, table linen and a supply of essential everyday items are all included in the price. There are no unpleasant surprises, allowing you to arrive with complete peace of mind. We are attentive to your needs and wishes and will do our very best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you wish, we will be happy to show you the main places and useful points of interest in the hamlet when you arrive. The entire house is strictly non-smoking, including when the windows are open. Guest access The entire house is exclusively yours. The garden, the patio, the private pool with no overlooking views, and the parking space directly in front of the house are reserved solely for you. This property is an officially recognized holiday rental, registered with the Préfecture under number 2017-01 (Mairie of Saint-Nazaire-d’Aude), and awarded a 5-star classification in 2023, valid for five years.
