THE HOUSE ON THE HILL

The house is located in beautiful hill Spazzavento overlooking the mountain of Cetona and the valley. It has a private garden from which opens the view of the pool (shared with other 4 apartments ) and the park surrounded by a laurel grove and other secular old trees. Inside there is the kitchen, a beautiful living room with exposed beams, walls in typical Tuscan stone and a large fireplace. On the first floor 3 rooms and 1 bathroom with a big shower. Wifi free The space The main characteristic of the house is that it is located in a very panoramic hill where you can take walks in the nature and appreciate the magnificent colors of the Tuscan countryside. Guest access My guests can use the swimming pool and car parking (shared with the other 4 apartments) , the green area and small country paths to walk and reach on foot the small village of Piazze (1.5km) Other things to note The house is renovated on winter 2020.
