Comfortable house, ideal for up to 6 people with a beautiful veranda overlooking an enclosed and wooded garden without neighbors. This accommodation is perfectly located, close to the center of Vivonne (within walking distance) and close to the Futuroscope (direct access by highway). The space The house consists of an equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle), a cellar with washing machine and dishwasher, a living/dining room, a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and two bedrooms each with a double bed. Possibility to add an extra mattress (latex) to accommodate a 5th person (child) in one of the bedrooms or to unfold the sofa bed in the living room for 6 people. In spring and autumn, you can enjoy the garden while eating or resting in the sofa area. Guest access Entire accommodation and private garden. Other things to note House usually inhabited by a small long-haired dog (allergic people should refrain). Bed linen, fitted sheets, pillows and duvets are provided, but don't forget to bring your towels! Possible rental of bath towels on request during booking: €3/person.
