This spacious 3BR/2.5BA home, spanning over 2,400 square feet, was completed in April 2019 and includes its very own private attached racquetball court. Living Area: Serving as the social hub of the home, the main living area with vaulted ceiling and an abundance of natural light offers plenty of comfortable seating for all to enjoy. For family movie nights gather around the stone fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 58" TV equipped with cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Kitchen & Dining: Start your day with a cup of coffee brewed from the custom coffee bar and enjoy the breakfast ingredients provided by your hosts around the dining table with seating for six. After a day of boating or fishing, spend the evening cooking up your daily catch in the gourmet kitchen, lined with granite countertops. The kitchen features upscale stainless-steel appliances and a custom river table island with bar seating for three. You will find everything you need in this well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Located on the first floor, the private master suite is designed for relaxation and comfort. The mattress on this king size bed is a top of the line from a major manufacturer as are the queen size beds upstairs. The master bathroom is just two steps away. It features a spacious shower with the essential amenities. The "Moose" and "Bear" bedrooms each feature a queen size bed, a day bed and a trundle bed for extra accommodations. All the bedrooms include a 43" UHD TV and a spacious closet with hangers. The Moose and Bear bedroom share the second floor loft bathroom. Enjoy a long bath while watching TV in the oversized soaking bathtub or freshen up in the spacious shower. For additional guest convenience you'll find a half bath on the main level situated between the great room and the racquetball court. Racquetball Court Details & Additional Guest Amenities: This home includes it very own regulation racquetball court, available for you exclusively during your stay. The court was purchased from and installed by the same company that places courts in universities and fitness facilities all over the United States. Enjoy a friendly game of racquetball while your friends or family watch from the viewing area located on the second floor. Racquetball equipment is available and the court can be transformed into a "Wallyball Court" for additional entertainment. Other guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, Amazon Alexa, PlayStation 3 with games, washer/dryer, iron, hair dryer, board games, attached garage and 4,200 sq. ft. of off street concrete parking. Pam and I live right across the street and will often be home and anxious to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We have lived in Chamberlain for over thirty years and are glad to guide you to the restaurants and attractions we take our out of town family when they visit. The Chamberlain area is generally known for having some of the best walleye fishing and pheasant hunting anywhere. Our community welcomes the many guests that travel here to enjoy these outdoor activities in addition to nearby waking trails, an awesome public pool, the South Dakota Hall of Fame, the Dignity Statue and the Akta Lakota Museum . Our location on I-90 is also a popular stopping point for travelers headed west to the Badlands, the Black Hills, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Memorial, and the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Upon arrival easily access your vacation home by using the keypad code you have been provided. Your rental will be cleaned, disinfected, and ready for you to enjoy. You can expect all the comforts of a hotel including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels and linens. Chamberlain is an easy place to get around. A pleasant 5 minute walk will take you to the downtown shops. Parking is rarely a problem on Main Street. We also have two pleasant walking trails nearby. Enjoy quick access to the Missouri River/Lake Francis Case for fishing, water-skiing, swimming from your own boat or rent one of many water craft available nearby. Take a pleasant five minute walk to Chamberlain's quaint downtown for convenient dining and shopping.
