The elegant, spacious and very bright living room with new seating area as well as with satellite TV, music system, gas heating, fireplace and separate dining room is ideal for lovers of good taste and style. Also very suitable for cool months! A cot is also available for the cozy bedrooms! The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, high chair etc.! Everything for the 'at home' feeling! The house has 2 bathrooms with showers! Two bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning units! The large, furnished terrace in the middle of the green oasis with a barbecue corner invites you to an extensive breakfast or a cozy dinner with a glass of wine. Great relaxation even in winter months thanks to the sheltered terrace, heating and fireplace. There is also enough space for children to play and have fun. We are also happy to provide the cot and high chair! We provide towels, bath towels and bed linen. Please bring beach towels! Please note: in the winter months we take additional gas heating costs of € 100.00 to € 150.00, depending on the length of stay. Unfortunately, the lawn is dependent on the weather. Without the hustle and bustle of tourists, but with all the offers that make a vacation spot attractive, Cala Mandia is an ideal starting point to explore the magical island. Cala Mandias Beach has been awarded the blue flag for particularly good water quality. Boat tours are offered along the coast. Excursions to the breathtaking rock caves at Porto Cristo, Son Amar and Marineland are also recommended. Good bus and train shuttle connection to Porto Cristo and Cala Millor!
