It also has a great backyard area with a built-in BBQ area and a view deck . There is a great lake view from the backyard as well. Home has a pool table and a 10' garage door with a 45' deep garage so plenty of room for a boat. Guest access We have a lock box at the house and will provide the combination once booking is complete the day of arrival. Other things to note We do require the main person to be 28 years of age. We are a property management company so we do require that you sign or AZ State contract and we require a refundable $500 deposit outside of Airbnb and a drivers license for short term and $1000 for 28+ days . If you have a pet we charge $150 non refundable pet fee. You are charged for the pool propane usage. It always starts at 80% - Any reservation over 28 days has an electricity cap of $150 Thank you..
