Lovely sunny north facing deck. Being an elevated waterfront/clifftop section, there is direct access to a lovely sandy safe estuary beach via steps situated just a few metres along from the house. Golden circle location handy to shops, cafes, first class 18 hole golf course and boat launching facilities with a flat 880 sq. m. site for off street car parking. BBQ and outdoor furniture also provided and freeview TV. Special conditions: - three night minimum stay. - Non smoking / no vaping Bach and site.
