Welcome to The Fort Worth business suit, this is a remodeled apartment-like living space. My home is split in two. Separating the Airbnb and my space, I'm available 24/7 my goal is for you to have a five-star stay. Airbnb is in a very nice safe neighborhood has Lots of privacy, easy access through the front door (private entrance), and a designated street parking space right in front with easy access to entrance. Nice quiet safe neighborhood. Easy access inside the Airbnb from street parking, It's very cozy inside with a private bedroom, bathroom, living room/dining room, and a mini kitchen with everything needed for a long stay and high-speed internet available during your stay as well. The bathroom has a big walk-in shower with a large rainfall shower head option and great water pressure. The bedroom has a large king-size bed with LED accent lights and a unique ceiling projector with a 50-inch viewing experience connected to a fire stick with lots of entertainment included with your stay. Tons of USB plugs are available for charging your smartphone as well as a wireless charger and cable with USB-C, iPhone plug, and micro USB. The bedroom has a blackout pull-down curtain that will get the room dark enough to sleep through out the day, and a window AC unit to keep the room nice and cold as well as a ceiling fan. the bedroom has a walk-in closet with plenty of space for all your clothes/ shoes etc. The living room is a great place to hang out with a very comfortable large bean bag-style sofa and a huge 65-inch TV with lots of entertainment included. an entertainment center with, an electric fireplace that can be used to heat or just to have a relaxing fire display, salt lamp, and oil diffuser are there as well for an extra relaxing experience. Play Station 4 with lots of games also available for more entertainment. A large full-body mirror that lights up to get ready for your day or a night out. Tower fan, and a ceiling fan in the room for extra comfort. Nice office desk with the option to use as a stand-up desk, small dining table for one or two to comfortably eat your meals. The mini kitchen comes with pots, pans, and an electric hot plate. Mini fridge with freezer, and fridge combo and plenty of space for your drinks and meals. Microwave, Keurig machine with lots of K cup options to get your day started or a relaxing warm drink before bed. Small manual laundry washer for scrubs or small clothes and dryer rack available. for larger loads, there is a laundromat nearby. Cool vibes neon sign for a cool atmosphere. The Park is a short walk away with lots of workout stations. Popular food places and grocery stores all within a 5-minute drive. Panda Express, Whataburger, Starbucks, Walmart, Target, Costco, Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, and most places that you can think of are very close by. Lots of Hospitals nearby contact me for the exact distance from hospital for traveling nurses. Guests will have access to the front street parking and inside the Suite. I give guests all the space they want and need. I’m usually around my property and accessible at all times with a simple message through the Airbnb app. It is very important to me, that you have a 5-star stay. I love how quiet and safe the neighborhood is. Every store and food place you can think off is less than five minutes away, Big neighborhood park. Very nice area to come see DFW. I recommend uber and lyft to get around lots of food places and grocery stores less than two miles away. there is one designated parking spot right next to the Airbnb, please be sure to only bring one car if possible. *security cameras and ring devices around the property for your safety and mine* This is a safe, nice quiet neighborhood, not for party people or big families. It's a relaxing getaway for couples or business trips. This Airbnb has a maximum of two guests no other people are allowed around the property, if guests try to have other people stay without permission their stay will be canceled through Airbnb, and will have to leave the property immediately. There is only one designated parking spot at the Airbnb. Please be sure to only bring one car. There is no forwarding of mail or access to my home's mailbox you will have to get a PO Box there is one nearby, any mail received will be immediately sent back to the sender without any notice, Amazon packages are fine. As an Airbnb guest by booking through Airbnb, you acknowledge that you are not a tenant but a guest, including for stays longer than one month. Its not available as a residence. Guests are expected to have a permanent home elsewhere. Guests are not allowed to bring additional furniture or belongings beyond personal items.
